Mid-term Proposal

Depression is occurring in everyday life. It is a mental health disorder that can mentally and physically affect or destroy an individual. We need to pay to all that goes through depression, but we need pay more close attention to those who are hiding it. Depression is not just a disorder you can run or walk away from, it is a disorder that takes time to heal. For example, when an individual has an headache, you just take a pill and it goes away. However, when you have something that can permanently affect you deep down, you can't just take a pill to make it go away. There is no weak or strong in depression. Sometimes, for those who give up and let depression take control of their body, they are prefer weak, but that is not the case. Truly, they aren't defeated, they are just taking more time from the healing process, so therefore they are still fighting back. With the healing process they are building up to strength and that is what matters the most. Furthermore, every person that is hiding their depression needs to open up, so you can be provided with help and fight depression with those who are also hiding it together. One thing you should know is that you do not want to be fighting depression alone. Being alone is making it ten times difficult for yourself. With me creating a poster of different ways or stages that can lead into depression would be helpful in daily life because even the littlest things can cause or build into something major like depression. What is most worst about depression is that it can lead to death. You can never come back from death or the grave. Death can cause more depression, which we do not need in out environment. Depression is like a poison that can rot our whole environment and it is our duty to change that. By changing and developing ways to make individuals heal from the poison can bring back our environment to life. The main key in life is how you live it. Also, in order to live it, you have to be living. So from now on, no more deaths, no more sorrows, and no more giving up. It is time to make a change and build!
