Patriarchy involves the power inherent in a male-dominated society. Patriarchy is a social system in which males hold primary power and dominate society. From the Hells Book reading, “Patriarchy is a political-social system that insists that males are inherently dominating, superior, to everything and everyone deemed weak, especially females, and endowed with the right to dominate through various forms of psychological terrorism and violence”(p.2). It regularly incorporates any social, political, or monetary system that inspires male predominance over ladies.

Additionally, her dad would beat her in the event that she didn't abbey the male figure. Else, she talked about it in the church that at church they had discovered that God made man to rule the world and everything in it and that it was crafted by ladies to assist men with performing these errands, to comply, and to consistently decide a subordinate job according to an influential man. Else, if you judge someone by their behavior and their words can be defined as feminist.it can also be said as the equality for women. The goal of feminism is to end all forms of sexism, sexist exploitation and oppression. Feminism does not target men as its enemy; rather, it is the structure of the society with which it is at odds. Unfortunately, through the years, that goal has been morphed and tarnished.

In order to excel as a project manager one must add more value than everyone else. It is a change in the business processes and technology which can be brought by being conscious of the operations in the current world and implementing new and better ways of doing the same things. The best example of Challenging the Status Quo is – Women’s Revolution. Earlier the men used to dominate the world. Every right was owned by the men in the house; the right to vote earn money and run the family. This was for hundreds of years and now it has all changed.
